Our Shipping Policy

Our THERMOPAW PLUS® all-weather coats from our standard sizes are handmade to order, so please do
allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Any bespoke all-weather coats, please allow 10-15 days for delivery, as of course there is more work involved.

We use mainline courier companies and will provide you with tracking details to track your delivery.
